As the summer rapidly descends upon us our attentions begin to shift to all things summery – beaches, beers and bronzed bodies. However, for us Swedes (and adopted Swedes) the festive season brings forth a certain nostalgia for a decidedly different set of associations – snow, saunas and sub-zero temperatures. So this year, in celebration of Somedays 4th Birthday, we thought we would continue the Scandinavian flavour as we host ‘The Somedays White Party’.
WHITE – the achromatic symbol of purity, cleanliness and innocence – all the things we are not. For one night only, the Somedays store will be transformed into a winter wonderland as we toast to another year gone by. So please don your most pallid attire (yeah, that means to put on something white….) and join us on the 2nd of December for an evening of untainted revelry.
The party will kick off in the store from 6pm till 8pm in conjunction with our chums at Pedestrian and Oyster Magazine. VB Raw and The Fringe Bar have been kind enough to ensure that everyone remains suitably lubricated throughout the evening and just to keep things amicable, the party will continue from 8pm hosted by F.R.I.E.N.D/S at The Fringe Bar (transport will be provided between venues).
